Is your school signed up for the Healthy Futures Challenge? Each month of the challenge period, students fill out the activity log with a deadline for returning them to the Healthy Futures representative at the school. The representative enters the student information into the Healthy Futures online App.  Students are awarded with the appropriate incentive for completing their log.
