Healthy Futures is a grassroots movement that is helping Alaska kids build more positive, lifelong physical fitness habits through two core programs:
- The Healthy Futures Activity Log
- Increasing youth participation at recreational events

Kids need daily vigorous physical activity to build strength, endurance, healthy muscles and bones or they face tough problems like obesity, anxiety and lower self-esteem.
